Has Undergone Angioplasty On RCX, Taking Medication. Can I Get Fitness Certificate For Getting Employment Visa?

Dear Sir now i m 42 and in India, I worked in Oman for 6 years. in 2011 i underwent angioplasty on RCX in muscat which was 70% block. presently FIT & on mediation as prescribed by doctors. now i am getting offers from UAE,QATAR,KUWAIT etc. for job. Will GAMCA doctor in India give me Fit certificate? Will I get employment visa?
