Have 2nd Grade Piles With Anal Fissure. Painful Boil In Anal Region. On Glimprex For Diabetes. Suggest

I am diabetic type-2 from last 4 years and is presently on Glimprex-1, my sugar level remains within the normal ranges. I have 2nd grade Piles with anal fissure. From 3-4 days, there is a boil(hard) in the anal regiond beween two legs, which is very painful and I feel discomfort while sitting. I am using hot water bottle during nights for sort of relief and also take sitz bath in hot water, so please advise me how can I get rid of it.

Hi,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are suffering from Diabetes type II and taking treatment for it. Your blood sugar level is controlled.
As you are having Hemorrhoids( Piles) and anal fissures it is most likely that you have developed infection there.
You will have to visit a general surgeon and get examined and after proper diagnosis appropriate antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs are required.
If there is abscess formation surgeon may want to do surgical procedure to drain out pus.
This will certainly give you relief it is better to seek surgical opinion as early as possible.
