Migraine needs preventive medications, to reduce the frequency and severity of headaches in the future. If dicorate (
divalproex) is causing side effects, you can use either
topiramate or
flunarizine.
Regarding low
vitamin B12, you can take b12 supplements, such as methycobal tablets. You should also consume foods rich in vitamin B12, such as eggs, fish, etc.
