Hello yenoh;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If you get bv following unprotected sex with your fiancee so the cause is within your fiancee.Commonly the male partner is the carrier of the infection which gets activates when the sperms are released into the vagina.So this time when you get infection and get treated you have to get your fiancee also treated simultaneously to avoid recurrent infection.
Thanks
