Have C-diff, Watery Stools, Gut Pain, Lower Back Pain, Rectal Pain, Constipation. No Fever. What Should I Do?

I have had c diff off and on, mainly on for the past 8months. I always have watery stools as everyone does with c diff.
I called my gasto yesterday and told them that I have very sharp pains in my gut. They said I better get tested for c diff. Doctor called to tell me I tested positive for c diff again.
I told the doctor that I have severe pain in my gut, lower back and rectum. He suggested that if it got worse go to the emergency room. What I forgot to tell him is that I am very constipated.
I have never been constipated before with c diff. I always have gut pain but this is more intense just does not go away. I don't have a fever. What should I do?
