Have Celiac Disease, On Gluten Free Diet. Have Nutcracker Esophagus, Chronic Diarrhea, Gastric Erosion. How To Feel Better?
Hello, You have to confirm which disease are you having. In the case of celiac disease, it may be improved after stopping of consumption gluten-containing food. Other possibilities like lactose intolerence or irritable bowel syndrome or malabsorption syndromes etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid alcohol consumption, fatty food, and caffeinated drinks. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care Regards, Dr Penchila Prasad Kandikattu , Internal Medicine Specialist
