Have Crohns Disease, Receive Remicade Infusions. Developed Yellow-green Discharge From Urethra. No UTI. Suggest?

I have Crohn"s Disease. I receive Remicade infusions every six weeks.. about week 3 or 4 I develop a yellow-green discharge from my urethra...enough to wear some protection.... no urinary tract infection symptoms ...no burning or frequency. When I get my Remicade again it clears up for 3-4 weeks then it starts again. Do I have fistula?

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Yes, this can be a fistula indeed. Green discharge is characteristic for small bowel So pathologic connection between small bowel and urinary bladder or vagina is possible. You definitely should visit gynecologist and gastroenterologist.
Abdominal CT with oral contrast should be done at first. In case of fistula, surgery with temporal stoma creation might be necessary.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
