I AM MALE 54 YERAS OLD. I have HTN FOR 20 YEARS AND DM 2 FOR 7 YTEARS and taking insulin for diabetes AND TEISTA 40 mg TWICE A DAY AND BETOLOC 25 MG TWICE A DAY.FOR BP
I HAVE PVCS IN HOLTER 4500 IN A DAY . ANGIO AND EP STUDY ARE NORMAL.
BUT I DEVELOP TACHYCARDIA VERY FREQUENTLY - TWICE IN A WEEK WITH BREATHLESSNESS. THEN BP IS HIGH 150/100. I TAKE SORBITRATE THEN.
EARLIER I WAS TAKING CARDACE 5 OD INSTEAD OF TELISTA AND PVCS WERE CONTROLLED AND NO EP[SODES OF TACHYCARDIA.
SHOULD I AGAIN TAKE CARDACE INSTEAD ON TELISTA AND HOW MUCH ?

Your problem is related with blood coagulation, high glycemic and fat level.
You need to make the following tests:
1. International Normalised Ratio(INR) test.
2. Lipid test(High density level HDL, Low density level LDL, cholesterol and tryglicerides)
Also keep in control glycemic level(it shouldn't be more than 150). Normalization of the above levels will normalize your organism. I think you need treatment with anti coagulant and anti fat.
Anyway you should contact your physician.
