Have I Cut My Throat Or Is It Just Sore After A Zip-lock Bag Stuck In Throat?

Long story short I tried to get a miniature zip-lock bag (about 2 x3 ) and it got stuck in my throat for about 10 mins I got it out but now my throat still feels like something is in there (there isn t) and feels like strep throat. Is there a chance I cut my throat or is it just sore?
