Have I Damaged My Ear After Sleeping On The Phone?

Hi I recently fell asleep with my phone next to me that was on a call with my girlfriend. Basically I think I slept on it with the speaker on right at my ear for 2 hours ish(from 12am-2am) and now I woke up and feel weird. Almost like I damaged my ear but I can't tell.

Do u hAve any hearing prblm noise induced hearing will confirm on pure tone audiometry.if any hearing loss vitamin b12,steroids,betahistadine
