Hi,
If you have pcod, you know that your cycles may be irregular. However you cannot rule out pregnancy without a test. First i suggest that you take a pregnancy test. If its negative then the delayed cycle is due to pcod You can see your doctor and take medicine for that.

General Surgeon Dr. M Y Shareef's  Response
HI ! From your history, it seems that you have got a pelvic infection, which will get cured with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs after being examined and advised by a gynaecologist. To confirm if there is co existent pregnancy, you may have to go for an abdominal ultrasound, along with a serum HCG determination. Your management will depend on the reports of your investigations.
