Have PCOS, Fibroid, Kidney Stones. Taking Metformin, Oosure, Folvite, Failed Iui. Possible Problem?

now 29 yrs....married on march 2010...before 2 yrs i recognized i hav pcos ,fibroid, stone in 2 kidneys...started medicine metformin,oosure,folvite,etc...and done iui in the june 1 and june 28 ...but no result we r very sad...what is the problem....???? one more thing i am B positive (my mom B negative,having heart disease,..My Dad O positive, having diabeties ) THIS effect me.....?????? My husband A positive and healthy....

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since you & your husband both having positive blood group so need not to worry for therapeutic incompatability ( rhesus).
Now 2nd point you are using metforme, oosure, folic acid tablets, so good treatment for pcod.
Since iui fail, don't worry rather try for another.
Beside get in for study of follicle maturation so that exact date of ovulation could be find out as this is good for pregnancy.
Also get in blood for estrogen, F S H/ L H ratio, adrogen level.
Consult one more GYnaecolgist and get his opinion ( 2nd).
