Have PMS, Constant Feeling Of Sickness, Tiredness, Mood Swings, Hot Sweats At Night. How To Overcome?

Hi I am 41 yrs old and have pms. I always dread the 10 days before my period. I suffer with the worse kind of sickness everyday I struggle to live a normal life. Going to work is a nightmare and I'm in agony with cramps headaches , mood swings and constant feeling of being sick. I get either gastric or I'm constipated. I'm tired all the time and sleep sometimes 12 hours a night and am still tired at work. On my days off I just want to sleep and have no desire to do anything. I have no interest in spending time with my partner or in having sex.. I have huge cravings for certain foods and binge which makes my weight go up and down. I actually feel sick 24/7, and feel like I need to be sick. My mood swings are out of control , I have hot sweats at night.. Please help can't live like this anymore...
