Your second urine report also suggests you have urinary tract infection. You have not mentioned about your age and sex.
In this setting, it would be advisable to get Urine culture done to find out which bacteria has caused infection and which is the most appropriate antibiotic treatment to treat it.
I would suggest to contact your doctor again. You may need Ultrasound scan of abdomen to find out the status of kidneys, ureter and urinary bladder as this is second episode.

Hello,
Welcome to Health care magic,
You had Urinary Tract infection in january, now you have developed again UTI or may be the first episode was not treated adequately and relapsed.
This urine report shows pus cells in plenty so there is infection ,your urine culture report will tell which organisms are responsible and which drug is most suitable to treat such infection.
Till culture report comes your doctor may start urinary specific antibiotic empirically and can be changed once report comes.
In the mean time you should take plenty of fluids including crane berry juice and water.
You should also get investigated for any predisposing factors like Diabetes or obstruction to urinary tract.
Personal Hygiene and sexual activity may be responsible for recurrence so take care.
Once you are cured take care to prevent relapse and recurrence.
Take care
Good Luck.
Thank you for you query.
Pus cells indicate a bacterial infection. The fact that there are casts shows that the infection originates higher than the bladder I.e. the kidney and ureters. If this reoccurred so soon meant that the infection was not initially irradiated . A culture and sensitivity needs to be done to establish the type of bacteria and to determine the class of antibiotics it is sensitive to. I trust this information helps you.
