Hi, Welcome to HCM. The symptoms explained by you fits with that of Genital Herpes. It appears as grouped tiny vesicles and after a day becomes tiny grouped ulcers and will heal spontaneously not later than a week. Sometimes it may remain painless. But you had protected exposures. If you had an unprotected oral sex, then also there is a possibility of Genital Herpes. This can be confirmed by examination by a Genito-urinary Physician and also by certain blood and smear tests. Immuno-modulant drugs may be tried to prevent recurrences. Avoid sex in the presence of lesions and few days following the recurrence to avoid transmission to your partner. Dr S.Murugan
