Have A Burning In Stomach. Have No Fever, No Nausea, No Food Poisoning. Increased Water Intake. Treatment?
i have a burning in my stomach (not abdomen) equivalent to the intensity of contractions but sporadic. I originally thought it was indigestion or possible food poisoning ifrom a meal i had on monday, but now 3 days later i'm still in pain. I increased my water intake, tried not tea and frui. to induce a bowel movement but those have remaind regular and consistent with my food intake. i have no fever, no nausea, no other symptons except this sharp pain. i just took some mylanta-like meds to see if that brings any relief
Hi, Welcome to HCM, From history it seems that you might have some gastro-intestinal infection giving rise to spasmodic pain. Take some antispasmodic tablet and Omiprazole or ranitidine. Take light diet for 2 days. Take more water and curd, buttermilk. If pain and discomfort persisted then go for Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine after consulting your doctor. Avoid spicy and junk fod. Ok and bye.
