Have A Dry Scalp And Parts Of The Scalp That Oozes A Liquid. No Medication Till Now. What To Do?

i have a dry scalp and its flakey. theres also parts of my scalp tend to ooze a liquid. the flakes that come off are easy to pick aswell and its not even that painful. cant even feel it half the time just when im bored i pick and hate having skin caught up in my hair. its also so itchy come night time when i go to bed , so bad i have to get up and wash it to relieve it
