I have a bubbling/flutter under my right breast I can feel it moving around a little but stays in the same area. it doesn't hurt but I don't really remember having anything like this anod it lasting so long. Been going on for more than an hour on and off. What can it be? I also get a gurgling/flutter in the center of my chest every once in a while but it doesn't last very long but feels strange so that I wonder sometimes if my heart is involved ? Thx
