Have A Hard Lump In The Left Side

I have a few hard lumps in my left-hand side, seems to be the bowel, no pain, although some discomfort, i am thin, but seem to have lost weight recently, i am anemic at times and very fatigued which seems to be getting worse, stools are often flat on one side, a lot more noise in the bowel recently as well.....caroline

please get USG DONE FOR Abdomen,i suspect you have enlarged lymph node with infectie etiology the cause most likely tuberculosis.
