Have A Large Pimple On The Jawline Which Was Developed During Pregnancy Long Back, Continues To Refill And Stinks. What To Do?

Hello. Six years ago when I was pregnant with my son, I developed a clogged large pimple on my jawline, that would not produce anything when I d squeeze it. 2 year ago, it finally was ready to pop. A lot of smelly gook came out. It continues to refill to this day and still stinks. What can I do to stop this. Thanks for your advice.
