Have A Layer Of Skin Off The Leg, Ankle Which Is Red

Hi I cut a layer of skin off my leg whilst shaving just above my ankle, now it has gone a strange colour, is red around the edges and hot to touch, also I am in agony when I put weight on it and my ankle is swollen. I have just been abroad if that makes a difference

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some infection on cut giving rise to swelling and induration.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Ok and take care.
