Have A Lump Like Appearance In The Foot Which Feels Uncomfortable While Walking?
I feel like I am always walking on a gold ball under my left right behind the toes 2, 3 and for and just to the left of the ball of my foot. The same area described is also numb at all times to the point of being painful. I have not yet determined if there is anything that triggers this or not. I am not really having any other pains with the exception of the exterior portion of my left ankle. I cant see any swelling but at times it also becomes very painful. I do have lwer back issues. I was diagnosed with group spinabifida many years ago.
The sort of lump you describe could most probably be a lipoma or a calosity. To confirm kindly go to a surgeon and get a FNAC done. This will confirm the diagnosis.
If it causing discomfort while walking then you probably need to get it removed.
Until then wear soft footwear and an anti inflammatory.
Also you seem to be having multiple joint pain for which get an arthritis panel done. Further treatment will depend on reports results.
I hope my advice has helped Good luck
