Have A Lump On My Labia. Used Nystatin Neomycin Gramicidin. Lump Is Sore, Peas Sized. Pus Comes When Pressed. Medicament?

I noticed a lump on my labia few days ago i used a topical cream of a combination of nystatin neomycin gramicidin. The lump is pea sized and very sore. Yesterday i started taking oral doxycycline and today i tried to squeeze it and a little pus came out. The size of the lump is still pea sized. I heard that for such lumps a combination of oral antibiotics should be prescribed. so Should i combine doxycycline with cefixime. would this help????I

I THINK IT IS A FURUNCLE .IT CAN BE CURED BY AMOXYCILLIN AND CLAVULONIC ACID TABLET AND BY APPLYING MUPIROCIN OINTMENT
