Have A Red Ulcer Inside Vagina. Did Thrush Treatment. Ulcer Subsided. Another One Popping Out. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi there I am a 19 year old female, a few years ago I noticed a red ulcer on the inside of my vagina. It wasn't sore and due to thrush symptoms I went to visit a doctor who came me thrush treatment. The ulcer type thing never went away however calmed down a lot and I left it. Now however I have just noticed another identical one pop up on the mirror other side of my vagina and I'm getting slightly worried.

Hi, You are 19 year female, few years back you saw a ulcer on vegina, no relief with medicines. now again you had one more on the other side.
It appears to be a candidial or shigellosis infection, or may be a syphilitic sore. I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Dont worry you will be fine with the treatment. Thank you.
