hi.. thanks for writing to HCM.. you are having painful lesion on the genitalia.. you have not mentioned about any history of unprotected sexual intercourse.. the lesion could be due to herpes/chlamydial infection/gonococcal infection..syphylis anyways causes painless ulcer.. see your physician for the diagnosis by investigation and mangement.. need to take antibiotics, and both the partners should be treated simultaneously.. all the very best..
Hi, Welcome to HCM. You had not mentioned your age or about associated conditions like Diabetes. It could be a furuncle or an abscess due to Staphylococcal infection. It will respond to an antibiotic very well. Diabetes Mallitus has to be ruled out as it could be predisposing factor. Next possibility it could be a drug reaction as you said clear fluid came out. The possibility of STD is unlikely. Genital Herpes infection is usually a grouped lesion, not an isolated one. If you consult your physician or Dermatologist he/she will treat your condition easily.
