Have A Spot In Clitoral Hood. Think A Boil Or An Ingrown Hair As Shaving The Pubic Hair. Little Painful. Recommendations?

I have recently found some sort of spot on my Clitoral Hood. I'm really worried as to what this could be. I have read about it and I think its only a boil or an ingrown hair as I shave/wax my pubic hair.. But I dont want to be too certain.
It's a little bit painful but its not pussie or anything.. I've tried to squeeze it but nothing seems to happen.

Could you please give me some sort of idea of what this is and how I can get rid of it please?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having some ingrown hair follicle infection.
Go for short course of antibiotic after consulting your doctor to prevent abscess formation.
Do not press or try to remove pus form the lesion.
Ok and take care.
