Have Acne Problems. They Leave Dark Spots On Nose And Cheeks. Medication?
I have mild acne problems. They appear almost every 3 days and disappear. They leave these dark spots on my nose and cheeks. My skin is also getting those red acne scared dry look. Once the acne disappears on my cheek, the skin looks so dull and expanded. Help me in this matter. I also have one or two pimples on my chest and shoulder. Please suggest me some good(cheap) medicines available in india.
Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic Acne is controllable. It will be there till the influence of adolescent hormones are over. Till then we should keep the disease under check so that they do not leave any scars behind. Wash your face with salicylic acid 2 % containing face wash. You may apply clindamycin gel in the morning and Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel at night. Get this prescribed by your dermatologist. Eat healthy, fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A, everything with red or yellow colour. Decrease milk, milk products, sweets, sugary drinks, chocolates and fries and chips. Do not apply anything creamy on the face. All products should be either gel or water based. Hope this helped Take care
