Have Acne, Reddish Cheeks. Prescribed Deriva, Microdox. Help

sir I am suffering from acne since 5years...now I am 19 years old....my face is spoiled a lot sir..my cheeks became light reddish in colour....recently I consulted a doctor ....he had prescribed me deriva bpo gel and clincor gel for acne and microdox lbx capsules...I searchedin internet and found that bpo gel is not much affective ......sir please help me on this

Hi the treatment prescribed by ur doctor is ok.as u said benzyl peroxide is not so effective but deriva bpo also contains adapalene which is effective.it should be used only at night time if no response within one month u can use epiduo cream at night timefor short contact therapy.and use a salcylic acid fash wash.if still no response go forchemical peels with azaluc acid or salcylic acid peels

doxycycline is okay
keep skin dry and airy no fatty greesy oily and spicy food
no oily soaps shampoo creams body application materials
lot of warm water
antiallergic sos for itch
short course of doxy can be taken off and on depending on the condition
stop milk and diary for some months
apply clindamycin gel bd

and tretinoic acid gel at night and switch off light as it reacts with light
do for 2-3 months
