Have Anemia, Done Gastric Bypass. Possible Morphea Near Anus. History Of Breast Morphea. Treatment?
I suffered from Morphea on my breast sometime ago but it mainly cleared up just leaving one patch and no itching. I was told at the time by the dermatologist that I may get it on my genitals. I recently under went a gastric bypass , am anaemic and have now developed what I believe is the morphea around my anus and running along towards my clitoris. I want to know what I can apply to sooth and hopefully easy it. I was given E45 emulsifier with the original patches.
It is slowly increasing and may lead to severe morbidity, if it is near and around orifices.
Anaemia may be treated with iron suppliments.
Under guidance of dermatologist , take hydroxychloroquin in proper dose for long time., regular blood and eye check up may done.
Mild steroids cream or tacrolimus oint may be applied.
You may be improved.
I hope you got my answer.
