Have Azoospermia. No Hormonal Impact Or Blockage. How Can Sperms Be Produced?
hi , i m azoospermia patient in my test report their is nno hormonal impact and no any blockage and my testis size (Rt testis length 3.3cm*AP diameter1.3cm *width 2cm and lft testis length 3cm*AP diameter1.3cm *width 1.7cm ) is small , then how to produce sperm in my testis is this possible and in my family histry their is no genetic problem.

If there are no hormonal problems and no blockage then it means that the problem lies with the testes itself. Testicular azoospermia is frequently not curable because it results from testicular atrophy and failure to produce sperms by the testes themselves. I would recommend you to get a genetic analysis done and visit an infertility specialist but your condition is very rarely curable.

If there is no hormonal problem & no blockage, its rare to produce sperm insufficient quantity to be present in semen, though sperm may be present in testis. In such a case if sperms are present in testis, best option for conception is to do testicular biopsy & use those sperm for ICSI.
