your age is 14 at this age and the site of pain heart attack is ruled out. you may be having muscle spasm or pleuritic pain because of pleural effusion. kindly take myospaz tablet for 3 to 4 days twice daily. if not reduced after 5 days take a chest x ray and take a physicians opinion
