Have Bad Stomach Pain, Nose Bleeds And Dizziness
I am having really bad stomach pains kind of like when you re doing a set up and that burning feeling well I have that but 10 times worse and it doesn t go away I never have ever had a nosebleed and I recently got one and it was a lot of blood I m having a lot more headaches than normal I m feeling dizzy and sometimes my eyes get really blurry

You need a get a careful clinical evaluation by a Physician and ENT Surgeon. Get investigated with blood, urine, stool tests and ultrasonography CT scan of the brain and sinuses.
