Have Been Able To Hear Pulsating Heartbeat In The Ears And Head

I have been having a whooshing pulsating heartbeat in my ears & head... Every few minutes. It makes me feel lightheaded~ Like 3 whooshes- feels like pressure... then it is gone for a few minutes... I can feel the pulsing in my upper chest too. Almost like a pounding whooshing at times. (?)
