Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic. Thank you for your querry. This looks like significant liver damage and you should do ultrasounds to evaluate is there sign of liver fibrosis or cirrhosis. YOu should reduce alcohol intake as soon as possible because it can have serious consequances. Also change your dietary habbits, eat less fats, dont smoke, do exercise. Also some medicines should be presribed. Ask you gP about this. Liver is vital organ and it has high regeneration potential but you must avoid alcohol till this is still reversible. WIsh you good health.
