Hi,
During menopause any bleeding and pain in abdomen should not be neglected.
There might be having some hormonal imbalance but at the same time any pathology in your genital tract should be ruled out.
Consult your gynaec and get investigated.
Ultra sound will be of great value.
Ok and take care.
