Have Bicornate Uterus. History Of Miscarriage. How To Prevent Another Miscarriage?
my daughter age 23 was diagnosed with a bicornuate uterus she miscarried the first one immediately she just found out she is pregnant again and around 8 wks her Hcg level was 150 and did not go up after 24 hours what can she do to prevent miscarriage or to raise her HCG levels other than surgery. She is completely devastated and saying there is something wrong with her. She wants a baby badly please what can she do? Thank you
Having a bicornuate uterus makes it a high-risk pregnancy which is why serious and constant monitoring will be required in order to avoid another miscarriage. Regular tests, check on pregnancy supporting hormone levels, serum hCG levels, regular ultrasound investigations, and possibly an early cesarian section are usually the adopted measures.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
