Have Blackish Grey Specks On Penis, Painful Urination. What Is It?
In the last week i have noticed some blackish grey specks on the tip of my penis at first i thought it was lint from my boxers but its not and sometimes urination can be painful, im on a trip right now for a week so i cant go right to my doctor but im getting worried please let me know. Ps the specks come off but sometimes when i pee theres more there. Thanks.
I understand your concerns. I believe that you have a problem with urinary tract infection or localized infection on the tip of your penis. In either case, you need to be examined by a qualified doctor who can do a physical examination after taking a history and ordering the right laboratory testing as well as maybe imaging studies to find out what the real problem is. Treatment may be initiated while the results of the labwork are pending. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
