Hi there ~ I understand your concerns. I believe that you have a problem with urinary tract infection or localized infection on the tip of your penis. In either case, you need to be examined by a qualified doctor who can do a physical examination after taking a history and ordering the right laboratory testing as well as maybe imaging studies to find out what the real problem is.
