Welcome to HCM!
You haven't mentioned your age. Age is important because obstructive
urinary symptoms (as your's) due to prostatic enlargement are more
common in old age.
You should do USG KUB & look for post-void residue, X-ray KUB, RFT,
Sr. PSA, Uroflowmetry, Urine routine & microscopy.
Also, Per Rectal Digital Examination by your
Urologist is important to
know the size & consistency of prostate.
For
testicle pain, you should get physically examined by your doctor,
if there are any signs of
epididymo-orchitis (inflammation of
epididymis & testes), to know consistency of testes etc.
Further management is according to the reports.
Till then take analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs,
tamsulosin with
your doctor's advice.
Hope this description is satisfactory to you.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
With warm regards.
Thanks!
