Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bleeding from the ear which seems to be due to ear infection due to otis media, ear wax and fluids accumulation. It can also occur due to injury to ear drum. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. You should get otoscopic examination done. You should avoid touching or pricking ear with any sharp object. You should take proper course of antibiotic along with antiinflammatory medication. You should maintain cleaniness of ears. Do warm saline gargles. Avoid excessive use of mobile as it will put ear pressure. Doctor may also recommend tympanoplasty in case of ear drum rupture .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
