Have Bleeding, Swelling, Pain, Have Keloids, Blocked Ears. Had Tragus Done. Was On Saline Soaks. What Is The Solution?

Hi, I got my tragus done about 7 weeks ago, all why going fine, I was doing saline soaks twice a day, drying it after showers or it had been in contact with water. It had gotten infected once around 3 weeks (Bleed, swollen, and hurt) and it cleared up. About last week I had gotten a keloid on the front and a tiny one on the back. My tragus slowly swelled up again, crusties formed, bleed alot, hurts, Etc. I woke up today to find my ear was blocked, I tried cleaning my ear but it hurt up the top, if I put pressure on the back of my ear it seems fine. what should I do??

Hello,
What you explained seems to be perichondritis ie the infection and inflammation of the ear pinna cartilage.
This is a painful condition.
You need urgent ENT check up and you need to take antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications .If this condition stays and there is pus formation then the whole of pinna may get deformed and then there will be a cosmetic problem later.So its better to act fast amd take antibiotic and be under observation of ENT specialist as you may require injectable antiobiotics
