Have Brachial Plexus Injury, Been Stressed. Had Neck Fusion. Solution?

hi i am under federal work comp a i worked at Robins AFB as an aircraft tech. and steel door fell on my head i have had neck fusion but my condition has gotten now i have brachial plexus injury plus, horno syndrome, still lower back needs major attention, please i need a docter that can give me some relief that can talk to me explain what i am going thru i am scared and stressed i lost my job due to absense
