Have Bronchitis And Coughing Up Mucus. What Is Causing Needle Like Feeling In Back While Coughing?

I have broncitis for the past two weeks and the past two days ive been coughing up mucus and when i do my back feels like needles every time i do this and it feels like i;m Hyperventilation and I ended up taking a treatment last night after the episode last night. what is causing the needle feeling in my back?

Get a Xray and PFT done.The pricking pain might be due to secondary infection.You will have to start antibiotics if already started medications wait for a couple of days and take a analgesic.
