Have Bruising And Stitches As A Dog Bit And Tossed, Feels Like Ribs Got Twisted. Correct Treatment?

Hi, I was breaking up a dog fight yesterday between two large dogs. I was bit and tossed. I have 14 stitches and bruised. That is doing okay considering.....but today I sat up in bed and reached to my toes and it felt like my ribs twisted or got caught on the bottom left. It untested a few hours later but it is still uncomfortable. Any thoughts on treatment or follow up with Dr?

The symptoms you are facing are because of trauma and crushing action of teeth.
More important is whether you have received Rabies vaccine or not?
As the amount of exposure is high I would suggest you to immediately get the below two things at earliest from your doctor

1. Verocell or Chick embryo derived Rabies Vaccine
2. Human Rabies Immunoglobulin

Kindly take it at earliest

Normally only staking sutures are taken after dog bite, avoiding taking many sutures.
