Have Bulky Uterus Due To IVF Treatment, Had Bleeding. On Thyronorm. Can I Reduce Weight?

i am 38 yrs old having bulky utreus.because of ivf treatment i blessed with twin daughters - 11yrs old. had bleeding from 62 days to 8months of my pregrency period. delivery was normal. i have thyroid problem consuming thronorm 10g daily. now peiods are normal. only problem is overweight and tummy. my weight is 83kg. how can i reduce this tummy and is this because of bulky utreus. pl clear this.

Welcome to HCM.
Bulky uterus won't cause obesity.
For weight reduction, you have to follow structured programme weith diet modification & exercise.
If dietary modification & exercise fail to reduce weight over 6 months, you can go for bariatric surgery.
