Have Bump In Groin, Moves When Touched. Give Me Suggestion

My son has a bump the in his groin area it is the size of a small jelly bean. It causes him no pain. It moves a bit when touched and it has not gotten any larger or moved location. What is this? My family and I think that he aggravated something by carrying something heavy or something of that nature. Any opinion you give would be helpful. Thanks, Lisa

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion it might be undesended testes if you are son age is less than 10 years and for that you need surgery to get corrected. It may also be a lymphnode due to local infection. I suggest ultrasond and physical examination for this. Thank you.
