My feet and around my ankles have been burning and tingling especially at night lately, and some of the tingling is lasting through the day. In the winter time my toes may go numb and the tips on my second toe which is longer than my big toe get kind off like blisters that are hard to see but burn upon touching anything which appear during cold damp weather. I work in retail, wear orthotics, take B complex vitamins and minerals for osteoporosis, and eat a gluten free diet. Also, I do not perspire so my feet tend to swell. My blood pressure is excellent. I do not have diabetes.
