I ate a leftover burrito last night and also drank beer. I woke up at 6 in the morning and felt really sick. My stomach felt like it was burning and my joints were having sharp pains. I had diarrhea that is all water. I have been sleeping all day and can t shake it. I also feel very cold . I don t know if I have a fever , but I can t get myself to eat anything and drink very little.
