Have Canker Sores That Are Painful. Why Does Lip Sting? What Is Wrong?
I have three canker sores and they are really painful. It is really hard for me to eat solid food. so what would you recommend me to do. My second question is why does my lip sting or feel weird? My last question is what does it means when my teeth or tooth sting when I put pressure on my tongue against my teeth?It occur happens sometimes but I don t know whether it is cavity or is it my teeth are sensitive?

Canker sores usually occurs due to -poor oral hygiene,vitamin deficiencies,stress etc.
Apply topical steroid on the affected area.
Lips are stinging due to the ulceration.
Avoid spicy foods.
Maintain oral care.
Vitamin becosules,iron supplements has to be administered.
Sensitivity while putting pressure on tooth using tongue can be due to-exposed pulp due to decay,attrition,erosion etc.
Get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist .
Infected pulp has to be removed and restored.
Take care.

Dark spots on the upper palate can be due to H/O smoking,fungal infections due to denture inserted on which poor oral hygiene is maintained.
Swelling below chin can be due to abscess arised from decayed or periodontal infected tooth.
A thorough clinical evaluation has to be done.
Discontinue smoking.
Get your dentures or appliances replaced if you have any.
Meanwhile,maintain oral hygiene well.
Tab.becosules,iron supplements has to be administered.
