Hello not sure if I am being paranoid. But over the past year or two I have exsperiance a few problems. However this week I seem to have them all. Everything is on the right side of my body!! I have really bad chest pain when breathing or to the touch making me breathless, my right lower back near the hip achs constantly at night, constant heal pain when walking, joined by right leg pain and a really strange numb feeling periodically in the right side of my back. I am a very active man doing sports 4 nights per week religiously. Hower I have been smoking for over one year now.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain that you have described is likely to be a musculoskeletal pain. This can happen after a generalized viral infection. Taking a mild pain killer like ibuprofen will help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
