Have Cold Sore On Bottom Lip And Roughness In Mouth. What Do You Recommend?

Hi my name is Helen . I broke out Fridaynight with the beginning of a coldsore bottom lip. Sunday morn I broke out with a second one beside the first coldsore..This morning I wokeup with a brown patch of roughness on the inside top of my mouth. I have had headaches sinse Friday .Any ideas what I might be dealing with.?

Cold sores occur due to physical or chemical trauma.
There could be a chance of bacterial and viral infection also.
A checkup is required.
Take multivitamin suplements.
Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Apply antiseptic analgesic cream topically over the affected area.
